POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN Y REEMBOLSO

Como esta es una tienda pequeña no se aceptan devoluciones, a no ser que sea debido a que el producto esté dañado o has recibido el producto equivocado. En ese caso escríbeme aquí iriafafan@gmail.com

POLÍTICA DE ENVÍOS

Los envíos se realizan un día a la semana, normalmente los martes.

Hay tres modalidades de envío nacional: 

- Standard: 3,80€ (Until 200gr.)

- Super: 4,80€ (Form 500gr.)

- Urgente: 5,80€ (tarda 24h)*

- Para Europa la tarifa de envío es de 10€; Para el resto del mundo la tarifa de envío internacional es de 15€)

A mayores hay un envío especial LIGHTBOX para las cajas de luz. Este envío incluye un seguro por el precio de la pieza que se envía y se realiza envío 24h. Las tarifas son: para España 10€, para Europa y el resto del mundo 20€.

As this is a small store so changes or devolutions are not accepted, unless the product is damaged or you have received the wrong product. In that case please contact me here iriafafan@gmail.com

SHIPPING POLICY

Tuesday is the day of shipping.

There are three prices for Spain:

- Standard: 3,80€ (Until 200gr.)

- Super: 4,80€ (Until 500gr.)

- Urgente: 5,80€ (24h)*

- To Europe shippments cost is10€; for the rest of the World internacional shippment is15€)

Plus we have special shippment for LIGHTBOX. This shippment includes an insurance for the piece and 24h shippment. Costs are: 10€ for Spain, 20€ for Europe and the rest of the world.

STIMATED TIMES:

- Canary and Balearic islands: 3 to 7 bussiness days

- Europe: 5 to 15 bussiness days

- Southamerica and Northamerica: 5 to 15 bussiness days

 *Remember that holiday and non-working days can have influence on delivery times

Tariffs and customs duties

- Buyers will pay the applicable duties and customs duties. I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

In case of return or refunds 

- Refunds AFTER shipment are only done if your purchase has been lost or when it had been damaged. Once your order is shipped I am no longer responsible for it nor the way it's handled once it has been shipped.

- I am not responsible for shipping costs as a result of a return or exchange.

- If your order is returned/sent back to me for any reason (address provided was incorrect, failure to receive order/sign for it order etc.) you will have to pay for postage again to receive it. I am not responsible for what happens to your order once sent. I am sorry, but I don't control the postal service. 

- Refunds CANNOT be done on Sale items.
